Throughout the course duration we aim to demonstrate, discuss, explore, and explain the following

Deals with ways we can become and remain physically fitter, for longer with less effort.

Emotional fitness is explored, and injury prevention explained. Accelerated healing and body awareness explained.

Psychological fitness is addressed and how to prepare mentally for the upcoming event. How to deal with everyday issues that crop up.

Shows us how to become more spiritual in our everyday lives. How to let go of the things that keep us from becoming the person we choose to be.

The PEPSfit for Performance Enhancement course delivery is versatile and can be designed and delivered to suit any requirement. In past courses we have included additional modules such as Tai Chi and Vicarious Trauma etc.. Please get in touch to discuss options.

Sessions are Available via Zoom

Using Zoom for virtual PEPSfit sessions couldn’t be easier. Once we’ve agreed a time for the session, you’ll just need a reliable internet connection and a quiet comfortable place to relax. Our experience with Zoom delivery is that groups of maximum 25 people work best in that sections of the PEPSfit Self regulation course, including the Q&A sections which have proved very popular.

I have witnessed numerous niggling and recurring injuries to athletes in many sports over the years.
