Performance Enhancement

I have combined my experience in Sport Psychology, Hypnotherapy, Psychotherapy, Sports Therapy and Breathing Coaching to devise the PEPSfit for Performance Enhancement Program. Our principles have the potential to change traditional training and allow athletes to enhance performance in a safer, healthier and more sustainable manner. To date I have worked with elite performers from many sports with ongoing results and feedback from players and participants continuing to be both convincing and exciting.

PEPSfit Self-Care Course Overview:

During this proposed 6 week course we go back to basics and unlearn negative habits while  replacing them with new skills, unique ways to manage stress, worry, and anxiety, prevent mental health issues, minimise the effects of COVID-19 exposure, and hopefully enjoy being PEPSfit​ for the rest of our lives.​

Throughout the course duration we aim to demonstrate, discuss, explore, and explain the following,

Introduces efficient well tested methods and techniques to become Physically​ fitter​ and learning how physical fitness impacts on maintaining good mental health especially during the present pandemic.

Highlights the importance of ​Emotional fitness and mental health. ​

Involves an examination of Psychological fitness and how to deal effectively with stressful situations.

Endeavour to find means of becoming more Spiritual in daily life with an understanding of gratitude and forgiveness and its impact on mental health.

Introduces the concept of Vicarious Trauma, this is a process of change resulting from empathetic engagement with trauma survivors. We outline how to recognise it, and what to do when necessary.

Introduces Tai Chi, the internal Chinese martial art practiced for defence training, health benefits, and meditation. We show how it can be used to maintain good mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual health & well-being.

Sessions are Available via Zoom

Using Zoom for virtual PEPSFit sessions couldn’t be easier. Once we’ve agreed a time for the session, you’ll just need a reliable internet connection and a quiet comfortable place to relax. Our experience with Zoom delivery is that groups of maximum 25 people work best in that sections of the PEPSfit Self-Care course, including the Q&A sections which have proved very popular.
